Shipping is currently restricted to the United States, with available destinations presented at checkout. Supply a correct and complete address. We are not responsible when incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address data causes delay or delivery failure.

Processing after payment
An order is processed in 0-1 business day once payment has been confirmed. Processing is conducted Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays and weekends. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday start on the next business day.
Estimated days in transit
Estimated delivery after shipment is 3-5 business days; the usual total including processing is 3-6 business days. Dispatch occurs Monday-Friday only, not on weekends.
Confirmation and tracking
A shipping confirmation includes available tracking. The carrier's tracking record can require up to 24 hours after receipt to refresh.
Lost or missing shipments
If tracking indicates delivery without receipt, check the delivery vicinity and contact the carrier. Our support team will help review unresolved cases.
Address changes before shipment
Carefully confirm your address before purchase. Contact us as soon as an error is noticed; we will try to update it before shipment, but cannot promise changes once processed or dispatched.
